We took this 3,4oo square foot ranch with a walkout basement and added 2,200 more square feet. The addition on the main level included a vaulted master bedroom, 5 piece bathroom, spare bedroom and craft room. The basement was fully finished with a large family room, bathroom and full kitchen.
