This completely remodeled bungalow near Olde Town Arvada had everything going for it except the garage and backyard. We added a 900 square foot oversized, attached garage, two car driveway, and a 700 square foot composite deck with hot tub to finish off the backyard. Not a bad area to enjoy the beautiful Colorado evenings!
