This diamond in the rough was stuck in the 80’s. Updating this 4,000 sq. ft. home was not only about bring it into the 20th century, but also personalizing every square inch. On the main floor, we completed a full kitchen makeover, updated living spaces, two full baths, one half bath, new flooring, drywall and paint throughout. A new stone fireplace brought the outdoors in. The basement was reconfigured to allow for a re-located laundry room from the first floor, a full bath and bedroom. Two new egress windows were installed to help bring in the natural light.
